Toasted Herb Rolls In Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    1 loaf day-old unsliced bread
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne
    3/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. dried savory
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
Preparation
    Let butter set until soft. Cut crusts from bottom and sides of loaf. Peel off top crust. Cut bread crosswise at 2-inch intervals, a little more than half through loaf. Then cut loaf lengthwise through middle to same depth. Blend rest of ingredients with butter. Spread on top and sides of loaf and then in cuts. Place on rack in baking pan. Bake in 375\u00b0 oven 15 to 20 minutes or until well browned.
