Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiling water
    1 pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
    1/2 c. cold fruit juice or water
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add cold water and undrained pineapple.
    Stir to mix well.
    Pour into an oiled 4-cup mold or 6 individual molds.
    Chill until firm.
    Yields 6 servings.
