Never Fail Popovers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
1 c. flour
2 eggs
salt
Preparation

Bring milk and eggs to room temperature.
Grease 6 individual custard cups or popover pans (not muffin tins).
Mix milk, flour and salt.
Place custard cups on a cookie sheet, leaving space around each cup.
Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Put cups in oven to warm them.
Batter should sizzle when it goes in cups.
Add eggs to batter, one at a time, not overbeating.
Pour batter into cups. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Do not open oven during baking time.
