Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    3 tsp. butter
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion until tender.
    Remove from heat; add salt, pepper and butter.
    Add cracker crumbs, half the grated cheese, milk and egg.
    Stir until well blended.
    Pour into casserole; sprinkle remaining grated cheese over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Garnish with parsley.
