French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. soft butter or margarine
    13 1/2 oz. can flaked coconut
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Beat eggs in bowl with fork.
    Stir in butter, lemon juice, vanilla, coconut and sugar.
    Blend well.
    Pour into pie shell. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes or until knife that is inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool.
