Hominy - New Mexico Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (30 oz.) cans Bush's white hominy, drained
    1 (28 oz.) can Hunt's whole tomatoes, include juice, cut up tomatoes and trim stem ends out
    1 (4 oz.) can Old El Paso green chilies, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 carton sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Vidalia onion, chopped
    1 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Mix together, place in casserole, top with Monterey Jack cheese (4 ounces, shredded).
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 375\u00b0 for 2 1/2-quart deep Corning Ware or 1 hour at 350\u00b0 for flat Pyrex casserole dish, covered.
