Fresh Apple Orchard Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 red Delicious apples, shredded or 2 1/2 c.
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In large bowl, blend flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Add oil, milk, eggs and vanilla.
    Beat on low for 3 minutes.
    Fold in apples and nuts.
    Pour into greased 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until insert comes out clean.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan and cool completely.
    Drizzle Lemon Glaze over cake (or glaze of your choice).
