Cinnamon Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    baking powder biscuit dough
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    cinnamon
Preparation
    On a floured board pat the dough out into rectangular shape, about 1/4-inch thick.
    Spread with soft butter.
    In a custard cup mix brown sugar and a few grains of cinnamon.
    Spread mixture over dough.
    Roll the dough keeping the roll firmly together.
    Cut slices 1/2-inch thick.
    Lay slices cut side down on a greased pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until slightly brown.
    May be iced with confectioners sugar glaze when taken from oven.
