Crumble Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. shortening
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sour milk (2 tsp. vinegar)
1 egg

Preparation

Combine flour, brown sugar, salt and shortening.
Mix and save 1/2 cup of mix to sprinkle over batter.
Add remaining ingredients and mix.
Pour into greased 8-inch pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
