Dan'S Mom'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/3 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake in 360\u00b0 oven for 55 minutes.
    Goes well with Cream Cheese Frosting.
