Chicken Veronique - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
    1/3 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. seedless grapes, halved
    1/4 c. dry white wine
Preparation
    Skin and debone chicken breasts.
    Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch pieces; set aside.
    In a wok or skillet, melt butter or margarine over medium heat.
    Stir-fry mushrooms and onion in butter about 2 minutes or until soft.
    Add chicken pieces and stir-fry about 5 minutes or until chicken is done.
