Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) spaghetti
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    3 1/2 c. diced cooked chicken
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti by package directions and drain.
    Saute onions and mushrooms in butter in a large saucepan until tender.
    Add flour, salt, poultry seasoning and pepper; stir well.
    Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Gradually add broth; stirring constantly until thickened.
    Add cream and stir.
    Stir in chicken.
