Bambini Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 pkg. large flaky refrigerator biscuits
    20 very thin slices pepperoni
Preparation
    Combine Ricotta, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese in a bowl. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Halve each biscuit horizontally, forming 20 thin biscuits.
    Shape one piece of dough into an oval about 2 1/2 x 4-inches.
    Place a slice of pepperoni on dough.
    Top with about 1 tablespoon of cheese mixture.
    Moisten edges.
    Fold the dough over the enclose filling and pinch to seal the edges.
    Place onto a lightly greased cookie sheet and repeat with the remaining dough.
    Bake 20 minutes.
    Serve warm.
