King Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer or chicken breasts
    salt, pepper, onion, celery to taste while stewing
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1/2 c. broth (from cooked chicken)
    12 soft tortillas
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Simmer chicken until tender.
    Remove meat from bone.
    In blender, stir in soups, Ro-Tel tomatoes and broth.
    Grease casserole dish, layer with chicken, tortillas (cut in bite-size pieces), then cheese, onion and sauce from blender.
    Repeat layers, ending with cheese on top.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
