Pasta Primavera - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. angel hair
3 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 c. broccoli flowerets
1 carrot, slivered
1/4 c. green onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. mushrooms
1 tsp. basil
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. pea pods
1/4 c. white wine or chicken broth
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Melt butter and add oil.
Stir-fry for a few minutes.
Add the wine.
Cover pot and steam for about 3 minutes.
Stir into mixture the cooked pasta.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
Serves 4.
