Mushroom Watercress Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 bunches watercress, washed and drained
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, thinly sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. white wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. prepared Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Refrigerate watercress.
    Put mushrooms in a shallow dish. Place salt in small bowl.
    Pour vinegar over salt, stir to dissolve.
    Add pepper, oil and mustard; mix well.
    Pour over mushrooms.
    Refrigerate 1 hour.
    Pour mushrooms and dressing over watercress; toss.
