Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. rice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 eggs
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Bring milk, rice, sugar and vanilla to a boil.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
    About 5 minutes before hour is up, beat eggs in a bowl with mixer.
    Add eggs to milk and rice mixture.
    Remove from stove. Pour into bowl(s) and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
