Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. lean ground pork
    3/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp. fennel seed, crushed
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/4 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper
    2 (8 oz.) cartons egg substitute
    6 (1 oz.) slices white bread, cubed
Preparation
    Brown first 4 ingredients; combine milk and next 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Add pork mixture and bread.
    Pour into sprayed 11 x 7 baking dish.
    Cover and chill 8 to 12 hours. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until set and brown.
