Sweet And Sour Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. spareribs, cut in 1 rib sections
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
2/3 c. vinegar
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. oil
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 green pepper
1 1/4 c. water
1/2 c. soy sauce
Preparation
-
Place ribs in skillet; add hot water and cover.
Drain and dry.
Heat skillet; add ribs.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix sugar and flour; sprinkle over browning ribs.
Turn ribs often. Cook until well browned.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover; simmer 1 hour.
