Al Fresco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. can kidney beans
1 c. diced, peeled cucumbers
2 c. diced, peeled tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise
lemon pepper, curry powder or chili powder to taste
Preparation

Drain beans.
Mix with next 5 ingredients.
Add mayonnaise and seasoning as desired.
Make a day ahead.
