Dillie Beans(Makes 7 Pint Jars) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. green or yellow beans
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    3 1/2 tsp. whole mustard seed
    7 heads dill (fresh; 1 head in bottom of each jar)
    7 cloves garlic (1 clove in bottom of each jar)
    5 c. cider vinegar
    5 c. water
    1/2 c. pickling salt
Preparation
    Bring vinegar, water and salt to boil.
    Add beans either cut in chunks or whole over dill.
    Add 1/2 teaspoon mustard seed, 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper in each jar and fill with boiling brine, leaving 1/2-inch headspace.
    Seal.
    Boil in hot water bath for 10 minutes.
    Remove and cool.
    Store in cool dry place.
    Can be used in cocktails or as an hors d'oeuvre.
