Creamy Pimento Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento, mashed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Heat evaporated milk and cheese in saucepan until cheese is melted, stirring frequently.
Add vinegar, pimento, salt and pepper; mix well.
Store, tightly covered, in refrigerator.
