Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 red sweet peppers
    12 green sweet peppers
    9 large onions
    3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. whole mustard seed
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    2 c. vinegar
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Grind peppers and onions.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Cover with boiling water and let stand 5 minutes.
    Drain and add all other ingredients.
    Cook 15 minutes.
    Pack in jars and seal.
    Delicious on hamburgs, hot dogs, etc.
    Makes kitchen smell nice while preparing.
