Potato Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cold mashed potatoes
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. chives, chopped
    salt and pepper
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg
    2/3 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except margarine.
    Mix well.
    Shape into patties and coat with additional flour or bread crumbs.
    Fry in hot margarine until golden brown, turning once.
