Chili Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. uncooked medium noodles
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter
3 cans mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can chopped pimento
2 Tbsp. jalapeno peppers, finely chopped, pickled
3 to 4 c. chopped Fri Chick (2 small cans; save gravy)
3 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook noodles as directed on package; drain.
In a large skillet, cook and stir onions in butter until tender.
Stir in soup, pimento and jalapeno peppers and gravy from Fri Chick.
In a 4-quart casserole layer 1/2 noodles and 1/2 the soup mixture and 1/2 the cheese.
Repeat.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serves 8 to 12.
