Fajita Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. Worcestershire
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. Accent
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 3/4 c. pineapple juice
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
This is an excellent marinade for chicken or beef, to be cooked on the outdoor grill or baked in the oven.
Best results if chicken soaks for 2 to 3 days in marinade covered in the refrigerator.
Or can be used after 1 to 2 hours of soaking.
Meat will be very tender.
Marinade can be re-used if kept in refrigerator.
