Geraldine'S Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion
    2 qt. tomatoes or tomato juice
    2 large potatoes, cut up fine
    1 can mixed vegetables
    corn, peas, beans or leftovers
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. poppy seed
    1/2 c. tomato ketchup
    1 tsp. onion or garlic salt
    2 bay leaves
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion in kettle.
    Add tomatoes and other ingredients.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
