Baked Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Uncle Ben's wild rice mix (not quick cooking)
    2 to 3 c. cooked, cubed chicken
    1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimientos
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped or sliced
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Combine with all remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese.
    Place in a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
