Pizza Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. Butterball fresh turkey sweet Italian sausage
    1 (15 oz.) can pizza sauce
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Italian style vegetables with sauce
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. refrigerated cornbread stick dough
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
    Add turkey sausage; brown 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
    Cool slightly; cut into 1/4-inch slices.
    Return sausage to skillet. Pour in pizza sauce; bring to a boil.
    Cover and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
    Add vegetables; cover and simmer 5 minutes more.
