Deep Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 or 3 lb.) chicken
    1 c. self-rising flour
    salt
    pepper
    milk
    Wesson oil
Preparation
    Prepare chicken as you would to fry (better skinned).
    Heat oil in deep pan or deep fryer until mixture will float to top when dropped in.
    Mix all the ingredients, having mixture thin.
    When oil is hot, dip chicken, a piece at a time, into mixture, dropping immediately into oil.
    Cook a few pieces at a time, giving room for chicken to puff up.
    Cook until brown.
    Drain on paper towels.
