Ritz Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 egg whites
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. granulated sugar
16 Ritz crackers, broken coarsely
1 c. pecans, broken coarsely

Preparation

Add granulated sugar, Ritz crackers and pecans together.
Beat egg whites and baking powder together until it stands in peaks. Mix well.
Grease 9-inch pie pan and pour in mixture.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve with vanilla ice cream on top.
