Karoline'S Favorite Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    2 c. shredded process cheese (we use 1 lb. Velveeta)
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender; drain. Melt butter; blend in flour.
    Add milk.
    Cook and stir until thick.
    Add salt, pepper and cheese.
    Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is of desired consistency.
    More or less milk may be used as desired.
