Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
    1 c. salad dressings
    3/4 c. each of the following: green pepper, broccoli, tomatoes, cauliflower, mushrooms, chopped fine
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Cover bottom of jelly roll pan with crescent rolls.
    Bake 7 to 8 minutes at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned.
    Beat cream cheese, salad dressing and Ranch dressing until smooth.
    Spread on cooled crust. Mix vegetables together; sprinkle on top of dressing.
    Add grated carrots and grated cheese over all.
