Spanish String Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. green beans, cut in 1-inch pieces (3 c.)
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. olive oil or cooking oil
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1/4 tsp. rosemary, crushed
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In saucepan, cook beans, covered, in small amount of boiling water with salt, until tender, 15 to 20 minutes; drain.
