Blinchiki(Cheese) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. sifted flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 eggs
    3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 lb. Farmer's cheese, or dry curd cottage cheese
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 to 2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Prepare filling by adding sugar, egg and vanilla to cheese and blend thoroughly.
    Set aside.
