Squash Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 crackers, crumbled or 3 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    1 qt. canned squash, drained well
    1 chopped onion or 1/2 c. chopped green onion
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well. At medium-high heat, spray pan with nonstick spray, drop the mixture by heaping tablespoons.
    Cook until looks done around edges.
    Turn once and cook other side.
