Tuna Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small red onion
1 stalk celery
2 cans white tuna
1 egg
3 slices whole wheat or white bread, torn into pieces
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. oil
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. flour
Preparation

Cut the onion and celery into rough quarters.
Place them in a food processor, pulsing the machine on and off.
Process until coarsely chopped.
Add the tuna and process briefly to break it up.
Add the egg, bread, butter, mustard, cayenne and black pepper.
Process until blended.
Place flour in a shallow bowl. Lightly flour hands and shape tuna mixture into 4 patties.
Dredge patties lightly in flour.
Cook in skillet.
Serve hot.
