Grasshopper Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chocolate cookie crumbs
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. green creme de menthe
    2 Tbsp. creme de cacao
    4 oz. sweet cooking chocolate
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix cookie crumbs, 1 tablespoon sugar and butter in a bowl. Press into bottom and up sides of 8-inch spring-form pan.
    Blend cream cheese in a bowl with 1 cup sugar.
    Add eggs.
    Beat until smooth.
    Stir in liqueurs.
    Pour into crust.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Cool in pan.
    Melt chocolate in saucepan; cool 5 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Spread over slightly cooled cheesecake.
    Refrigerate until set.
    Remove from pan; slice and serve.
