Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef chuck
    6 to 8 medium onions
    6 to 8 carrots
    6 to 8 celery stalks
    6 to 8 medium potatoes*
    1 pt. (8 oz.) V-8 juice
    2 1/2 Tbsp. tapioca
    seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Place all ingredients (except potatoes) in well covered 5-quart casserole or Dutch oven.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 1/2 hours. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
