Dilled Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. dill weed or to taste
Preparation
    In large pot, boil potatoes in water with 1 teaspoon salt. Cook until fork easily pierces potato cube.
    Remove from heat; drain off water.
    Mash potatoes by hand or with portable mixer until free of lumps.
    Cut in cream cheese and continue to mix until cheese is blended into potatoes.
    Sprinkle potatoes with dill weed and mix in with wooden spoon.
    Serves 4 to 5.
