Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Using canned fruit, allow a slice of pineapple, a peach half and an apricot half per person.
    Arrange in single layer on large baking sheet, sprinkle lightly with brown sugar and rum and dot with butter.
    Put under broiler until fruit is a delicate gold. Serve as a garnish for roast fowl or game, or on a separate platter.
    The fruit may be arranged around the fowl or game either in separate pieces or in stacks with pineapple on the bottom, then the peach half, then the apricot half, any way that looks attractive.
