Meat Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    6 to 12 bread slices
    1 small onion, diced
    1 egg
    chicken (turkey) livers, diced
    1/4 of 1/4 lb. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    parsley greens (optional)
    poultry seasoning
    milk
Preparation
    Saute onions and poultry livers in butter.
    Add to meat and other ingredients.
    Add milk to moisten, if desired.
    Stuff poultry and bake.
