Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small box lemon flavor jello
1 c. sugar
1 (15 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 c. graham crackers, crushed
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. hot water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Crust:
In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter and brown sugar.
Press in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
