Chocolate Lovers Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. finely crushed chocolate wafers
6 Tbsp. butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp. salt
4 eggs
4 sq. (4 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate, melted
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sq. (1 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate
1 tsp. butter

Preparation

For Crust: In a bowl, combine chocolate wafer crumbs and melted butter. Press crumb mixture firmly on bottom and 1 3/4-inches up sides of a 9-inch spring-form pan.
