Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Beat first 5 ingredients together in a bowl.
    Add spinach, mixing well.
    Pour into 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle cheese over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
