Camp Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 potato (medium-large), baked
    1/2 carrot, cooked
    1/4 onion
    1/4 green bell pepper
    3-inch kielbasa or turkey smoked sausage
Preparation
    Cut meat into 1/4-inch rounds or bite size pieces.
    Brown in large skillet (frypan).
    Dice onion and green pepper.
    Add to skillet and cook until tender.
    Cut potato and carrot into bite size pieces and add to skillet.
    Cook until potatoes and carrots are hot.
    Add salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
