Granny Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. white sugar
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs and 1 1/2 cups sugar.
Add pineapple.
Mix in next 3 ingredients and pour into 9 x 13 greased and floured pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
