Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. oil
    2 c. shredded raw carrots
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and spices; set aside. In large bowl, beat eggs slightly.
    Gradually beat in sugar until it's thick.
    Gradually stir in oil.
    Add flour mix and other ingredients and stir well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
