Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    6 small zucchini (6 c.)
    1 box Stove Top stuffing
    2 carrots, grated
Preparation
    Peel, dice, parboil and drain zucchini.
    In saucepan, melt 1/2 stick butter and add Stove Top seasoning mix.
    Add this to zucchini, sour cream, carrots, soup and 1/2 of Stove Top dressing crumbs.
    Mix well.
    Put in greased casserole.
    Melt remaining 1/2 stick butter; add remaining half of Stove Top dressing crumbs; mix until moist.
    Put on top.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
