Five Minute Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. Carnation milk
    3 1/3 c. sugar
    3 c. mini marshmallows
    3 c. chocolate chips
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine the milk and sugar in saucepan.
    Heat to boiling. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Add remaining ingredients; stir until the marshmallows and chocolate chips are melted.
    Fudge will be soft.
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
